The SEIS Preparation Notice presents a detailed description of the project and summarizes its anticipated impacts. It is scheduled to be posted here on August 23rd.
The SEIS Preparation Notice (SEISPN) presents a detailed description of the project, or proposed action (in our case the resort master plan), and summarizes its anticipated impacts. The SEISPN is very thorough and will consider the potential impacts of the proposed action with respect to: Archeology, Culture, Socio-economic factors, Water Management, Ocean/Marine biology, Flora/Fauna, Traffic, Air Quality, View/Visual factors and Infrastructure. The SEISPN is expected to be published on August 23, 2011 by the Office of Environmental Quality Control (OEQC) – giving rise to a 30-day public review and comment period. A copy of the published SEISPN will be available below.
