This section really belongs to you. Comments from individuals, agencies, and interested groups are an integral part of the SEIS process because the resulting plan will be based on a transparent analysis of how the project will impact the community as well as the environment.
We encourage you to comment and we will respond to all comments submitted to this section. Naturally, we need contact information to respond, so we ask all who comment to log in. It’s also important for you to know that all comments, and their responses, will be included in the Draft SEIS and Final SEIS when they are posted on this website.
You can use this section to comment during two periods:
- The first is the 30-calendar day period following publication of the SEIS Preparation Notice.
- The second will be a 45-calendar day period following publication of the Draft SEIS.
When these dates become known, or if they change, we will post the changes here, as well as on our News & Events section under the Community heading.
